You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ClientAura CRM. Any attempt to do so shall be null and void. ClientAura CRM may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClientAura CRM regarding your use of our services.
