Thank you for shopping from the Cygnus CRM. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our fulfillment policy. You can also view our Delivery policy document.

We accept orders through our online shop or by email. Our contact information is at the bottom of all webpages. Acceptable methods of payment include credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or a check made out in US dollars, drawn on a US bank, payable to the Cygnus CRM.

For tax purposes, we are located in Canada. All purchases made for delivery to Canada will automatically be charged sales tax. Please contact the office with appropriate forms of verification if you are able to purchase items with tax-exempt status.

We contract with Fulfillment to ship nearly all API. Generally, we ship API from our server for domestic and international orders. We prepare and mail the shipment within 1-2 business days of order placement and payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Within the United States, you have the option for two delivery speeds with details provided at checkout. Internationally, the delivery time varies depending on distance and location. It seems to range from 5-10 days, though it can be more or less. If you would like to arrange for expedited international delivery, please contact the office, we can determine additional fees that will allow for faster delivery.

We now offer the API series of books through email on demand. These API have a longer timeframe for delivery. Generally, they can take up to 10 business days for US-based Delivery addresses. For international Delivery addresses, the shipments are not trackable and can take from 10 business days to about 1.5 months to deliver, depending on location.

Delivery costs are paid by the customer. These are calculated automatically when you make your purchase and will be displayed at checkout. They depend on the size & weight of the item and the delivery location. If you would like to arrange for expedited international delivery, please contact the office, we can determine additional fees that will allow for faster delivery.

All duties (customs) and taxes are paid by the recipient.

We will accept returns for a full refund within 90 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Please contact the office to make a request.
