By accessing and using Paxxley CRM (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify Paxxley immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Paxxley will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Paxxley offers various subscription plans to accommodate different needs. Details of each plan, including features and pricing, are available on our pricing page. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. You authorize Paxxley to charge the subscription fees to the payment method you provide during registration or as updated in your account.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings before the renewal date. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee.
Paxxley reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, and pricing at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your access to the Service will be terminated.
Paxxley reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Upon termination of your account, Paxxley will retain your data for a period of 10 days, during which you may contact us to retrieve your data. After this period, Paxxley reserves the right to delete all data associated with your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. However, you grant Paxxley a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Paxxley or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxxley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Paxxley makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
