The seat of arbitration shall be USA. The language of the arbitration shall be english.

The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing any arbitration award or any other judicial proceedings related to or arising out of these terms. The prevailing party in any legal action or arbitration related to these terms shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

This arbitration clause shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

By using our website and services, you agree to resolve any disputes with Thyrien through arbitration as described in this section. If you do not agree to this arbitration clause, you may not use our website or services.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Thyrien regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Thyrien. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
