Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulynth regarding your use of Ulynth and supersede any prior agreements between you and Ulynth relating to your use of Ulynth.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The failure of Ulynth to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Ulynth's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. Ulynth may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
