Refund Eligibility

At Quenaris, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our CRM platform and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund under certain conditions. To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase date. Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a subscription plan and do not apply to any subsequent renewals or upgrades.

We may require proof of purchase or other verification information to process your refund request. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you received a promotional discount or free trial as part of your purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the discount or trial period.
