Quenaris may allow you to post, upload, or otherwise submit content to the platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials. By posting, uploading, or submitting User Content to Quenaris, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the platform and Quenaris's business operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish, display, and use the User Content as described in these terms and conditions. You agree not to post, upload, or submit any User Content that violates these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Quenaris reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment for Quenaris's services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges associated with your selected plan, as well as any additional fees for optional features or services.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You authorize Quenaris to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription or use of Quenaris's services. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information and promptly updating such information if it changes.
Quenaris may change its pricing plans and fees from time to time and will notify you of any such changes in advance. Continued use of Quenaris's services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new pricing plans and fees. Sections of these terms and conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
